Q: Can I put my ByBoulukos in the washing machine?

A: Yes! All hand-painted pieces are heat set - meaning that the clothing is safe to go in the washing machine on your regular settings. 

Recommended - machine wash cold, dryer medium heat

 

Q: Why is my order taking longer? 

A: About Shipping: Packaging is also handmade, and one of a kind, so please allow 2-4 days to fulfill and package your order before shipping!

Q: Does ByBoulukos accept returns or exchanges?

A. Return/Exchange Policy

Since ByBoulukos is clothing is one-of-one, upcycled, vintage, I understand that sometimes things don't fit as expected. We have a 14-day EXCHANGE policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for another item of another size or color.
To be eligible for an EXCHANGE, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

To start an EXCHANGE, you can contact us at byboulukos@gmail.com. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (+ $5) , as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting an EXCHANGE will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please contact byboulukos@gmail.com if your item is damaged upon arrival, or if you receive the wrong item, so that the issue can be resolved. If you have any damages to your item overtime, please contact byboulukos@gmail.com to resolve the issue, I want everyone to love their one-of-one piece! 

Custom Orders / non-returnable items
Custom orders are made to order, so I am not able to accommodate refunds. If you have any questions about exchanging an item for store credit or making an even exchange, please email byboulukos@gmail.com. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
